Kathmandu: CPN (Unified Socialist) has designated Jivanram Shrestha as its chief whip at the House of Representatives.
The meeting of the parliamentary party held today also appointed Sher Bahadur Kunwar as the chief whip of the national assembly on the behalf of CPN (US).
CPN (US) was formed on August 18 this year after splitting from CPN (UML).
