Kathmandu: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has claimed that CPN (UML) is not in favour of federalism, republic constitution and current political changes in the country.
Addressing a programme in the capital city on Sunday, the former Prime Minister said that UML has disrupted the House proceedings by violating the people’s mandate, court’s dignity and system.
On the occasion, Nepal said that people’s wave from the east to west was concentrated towards his party due to its ideas.
Likewise, Chief Minister of Bagmati Province Rajendra Pandey underscored the need for producing skilled human resources as per the country’s needs.
